  2. We accept all major Credit Cards.

  3. Prepayment is accepted by personal check or Money Order - Click Here to access our offline order form - (please allow one week for check verification). Please send payment and order form to: Hollywood Exotic Shoes, 8073 San Fernando Rd., Sun Valley, CA 91352 – U.S.A.

  4. Non-US costumers must supply proof if id (fax or e-mail a copy of their photo identity) to pay by credit card, please include the customer service number for your credit card, including the country code for that phone number. Also indicate the country of origin.

  5. Payment can be secured via www.PayPal.com. Simply log on to www.PayPal.com and type in "tech@hollywoodexoticshoes.com" . At that point you will be prompted to enter your order number. Other information to note:

  • When paying through Pay Pal, simply use established and verified accounts.

  • It is important that you use the same email address as you used on your order.

  • Please note that your order will not be processed, and will automatically be voided if we do not receive payment in 48 hours

  • If you have never used Pay Pal before, please follow the simple easy steps on www.PayPal.com and sign up to open an account.

  1. We protect your privacy. All items are shipped in a plain, unmarked package. The standard method of shipment is FEDEX Ground.

  2. Orders to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO’s will be shipped only if PREPAID by check or Money Order, and will be sent by U.S. Mail (no rush service available).

  3. Most of our items are always in stock. Orders for items that are temporarily out of stock will be put on back-order, and will be shipped within 2-4 weeks.

  4. Credit card orders are billed only at time of shipping – except for custom-made/special request items that will be charged in advance.

  5. We are required to collect sales tax for all deliveries to CA. If your order is taxable, we will apply 8.25% sales tax.

  6. International Orders: additional freight charges will be added to your order based on weight, dimensions and destination. All international orders are shipped via FEDEX International or US postal service. For exact estimates, please call us directly.

  7. Returned items must be unworn and in perfect, re-sellable condition. Items that have been worn or “danced-in” can only be repaired – not exchanged or credited. For obvious reasons, no special/custom order can be returned for refund or exchange.

  8. Please call us and request a Return Authorization Number for all returns. Unauthorized packages may be refused and returned to the sender.

  9. Shipping charges on refused shipments are still the customer’s responsibility.

  10. Prices and specifications may vary without notice.

  11. For your security: Please note that for all new accounts, we only ship your purchase to the billing address of your credit card. We can not ship to any address other the one that verify your credit card.

Return Policy

 

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and great value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will be more that happy to assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Please follow these steps to return your package:

  1. You must contact Hollywood Exotic Shoes before you send your package to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#).

  2. Any package received without (RA#) will be refused by our front desk and will be returned.

  3. Please write your issued RA# number on the outside of your return package so it can be visible and easily be viewed.

  4. 15% of restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.

  5. 15% of restocking fee will be charged for all refused packages.

  6. All refused packages will be subject of shipping charge and 15% restocking fee charges.

  7. All orders cancelled before shipping will NOT BE CHARGED.

  8. The restocking fee will only be applied on the returned items and not the exchange items.

  9. All custom made items are non refundable nor exchangeable.

  10. Money will be refund only 15 days of purchase (Customer receiving the product), otherwise a store credit will be issued for your next purchase.

  11. all body stockings, panties and other items that have direct contact with the crotch area can not be returned or exchanged.

  12. All pre-packed and sealed items cannot be returned if opened.

  13. All Clearance and Sale Items are final Sale. No return or Exchange.

  14. Returns must be returned with the original tags and package and in resalable condition.

  15. All Returns must happen before 15 days from receiving the package.

  16. All Costumes must be returned/exchanged before October 15th.
